I'm Judy Ellis. After
twenty years of sharing and making turkles
with family and friends, I'm happy to share this gourmet treat
with
others. I use
only the finest ingredients.
For
the turkles I use Belgian milk and dark chocolate, fresh pecans,
and fresh cream and butter in
the homemade
caramel. The caramel is spooned by hand onto the pecans and each
cluster is hand dipped in the chocolate. The English
toffee is
made with sugar and fresh butter and cream, then dipped in Belgian
milk chocolate and covered with chopped almonds.
Another
family passion has been picking blackberries. Having discovered
that blackberry plants now come thornless, with a prolific yield,
I have planted a thornless blackberry patch that will be available
for U-pick when the berries are ripe. Watch this site in August and
September to know when the berries are ready.
One
of a kind Turkle Hats are
now available! These hats are handmade using 100% wool. Currently
the sizes are all Adult. The price is $35. Custom orders are
welcome. A turkle hat can be made in any size, pattern and
combination of colors.

the Highway 95/Highway 55 corridor between Council and McCall.
