Hi, I'm Judy Ellis. After twenty years of sharing and making turkles with family and friends, I'm happy to share this gourmet treat with others. I use only the finest ingredients to make these turkles: Belgian milk and dark chocolate, fresh pecans, and fresh cream and butter in the homemade caramel. The caramel is spooned by hand onto the pecans and each cluster is hand dipped in the chocolate. Once you've tasted them, you won't be able to resist them.

Another family passion has been picking blackberries. Having discovered that blackberry plants now come thornless, with a prolific yield, I have planted a thornless blackberry patch that will be available for U-pick when the berries are ripe. Watch this site in August and September to know when the berries are ready.

You may conveniently order online using the form below. I use PayPal as my secure shopping merchant. You do not have to have a PayPal account to purchase items using your credit card. Just select that option when checking out. Purchasing is as easy as:

3. In the PayPal shopping cart you may change the number of boxes you wish to order
